Attorney Rubin has been practicing law since 1975 and has been admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the district of Massachusetts. He has extensive experience in civil trials including motor vehicle injury accidents, slip and fall injuries, contractual disputes and disability claims. He has been successful in obtaining millions of dollars in judgments and settlements for his clients. In addition to his trial practice, Howard has extensive experience in representing clients involving real estate matters (representing buyers, sellers and lenders) as well as probate and estate issues and bankruptcy.

Howard combines his training and extensive experience with a compassion and commitment to excellence, which places clients into the best position to successfully resolve their problems.
